InvalidUsernameException 28ba610f32 Everywhere: Avoid large rebuilds when editing (Immutable)Bitmap headers
This reduces the number of recompiled files as follow:
- Bitmap.h: 1309 -> 101
- ImmutableBitmap.h: 1218 -> 75
